Shipping

We ship all orders from the United States. Once your order is placed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your package is on its way.

All decants are carefully hand-filled, labeled, and sealed before shipping to ensure the highest quality and freshness.

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Domestic Shipping (US):

Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days

International Shipping: We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping options are coming soon.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight and destination.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of fragrance decants and samples, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened products. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, so please review your order carefully before completing checkout.

We will gladly assist you if:

Your order arrives damaged or leaking
You received the wrong fragrance
Your package is lost in transit

If any of the above applies, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at our Contact page with your order details and photos (if applicable). We'll make it right.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been issued.
